New Fishing Gurus on Sky!!

The new series of Fishing Gurus hits Sky Sports this autumn, kicking off on the 5th November. The six-show series is presented by Dean Macey and features big-name guests like Steve Ringer, Adam Rooney and Jake Wildbore.

Here’s a rundown of the shows, which range from river fishing on the magnificent Wye, right through to match fishing on commercials!

SHOW ONE:
The magnificent River Wye is the backdrop as Dean Macey and Adam Rooney target fighting-fit barbel. The action is quick to come and both anglers bank new PBs!

SHOW TWO:
Dean Macey watches on as England match duo Adam Rooney and Steve Ringer employ two devastating carp-fishing methods at the famous Makins fishery. Which will come out on top?

SHOW THREE:
Former Olympian Dean Macey takes a trip down memory lane, fishing a childhood haunt for carp. Luckily, the action is frantic as the park lake fish respond well to Dean’s tactics.

SHOW FOUR:
World Champion matchman Steve Ringer puts on a commercial-carp masterclass, running Dean Macey through the intricacies of the pellet waggler and pole.

SHOW FIVE:
Dean Macey tackles Churchgate fishery in Essex, showing that he can turn his hand to day-ticket carping; catching fish on conventional carp tactics, as well as roving for bites.

SHOW SIX:
Match vs carp is back! England matchman Adam Rooney takes on England international carper Jake Wildbore at Boddington Reservoir. Who will come out on top?

SHOW SEVEN:
The conclusion of Match vs carp! England matchman Adam Rooney takes on England international carper Jake Wildbore at Boddington Reservoir. Who will walk away with the bragging rights?
